Our Exchange Policy
You can Exchange It
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option to exchange the product at our store for something else for the original price. This option will only hold if the product is bought within the last 24 hours and there have been no modifications or damage done to it. It should also be recommended that you accompanied the product with it's original receipt intact. Unfortunately, a full refund could not be issued back to you. We advocates for full transparency in our business which is why we would advise customers to be fully informed of our policy as much as possible before a purchase is made to avoid any misunderstandings.
Our Pricing Policy
Prices are Not Fixed
Due to the market volatility and fluctuations of gold and other contributing costs such as labor, each jewelry prices are not fixed and will be adjusted accordingly to the time and date of purchase. Thus, prices of each product cannot be fully disclosed or confirmed online or on calls and can only be fully informed and reassured at our store. Although, a full refund could not be issued back to you, customers could always resale their products back to us. Prices of the product that are resold back to us will also be based upon the market's volatility and other factors such as excluding labor costs when resold and so on (resale price rates will always be lower than sale price rates). Although, it may seem complicated; we can assured you that this is how most jewelry stores in Cambodia operates. So don't let this scared you off; because on the upside, if the prices of gold increases then the resold products prices will also increases accordingly (excluding the original labor cost from it of course).
